When traveling and you vape it's hard to always find the flavor or brand you've been used too. These guys here are top of industry. I stop in traveling from Minnesota back to Washington out of juice completely not sure if I'll find anything I like. No explained I was a tobacco flavor person I like 🍯 honey flavor tobacco. He explained he can do that they mix their juices right on spot. He also explained the difference between the salt E-juice and regular. To finish these guys are awesome you're a traveler and need ecig juice or supplies stop here for sure. I have gone to hot heads for two and a half years now. They always have nice friendly staff. They make their juice as you order so you can get creative with hundreds of options but they also have lists to pick from as well. I have bought five mods through them and they work great for me and my friends. They can repair most problems with your mod. The best part is they are budget friendly. You can get 120 ml of juice for just $30 and coils for $5. I am moving away soon and will miss this establishment. They are by far the best vape shop anywhere in the black hills!

These guys are awesome! Best customer service experience in town! They will make sure you are happy with your product before you leave the store and that you fully understand how to use it, whether it is a mod, atomizer or juice. Juice is also warrantied so if flavor or nicotine is off they will make adjustments no charge. Highly recommend them over the other shop in town. They will also get into the tech and help you troubleshoot problems. Not just repeat the specs from the box or web.

Not a bad place. Prices seemed pretty reasonable. The crew seemed nice and hospitable. Jokes were made, laughs were had, then the owner showed up and everyone went silent. Not certain why but I felt uncomfortable enough to leave before buying my new vape set up. I did get some tastey Carmel Apple juice and a new coil for the set up I am currently using. I don't believe in judging a place by a single experience, so I will be stopping by in a couple weeks and see if it was just an off day for the guy.
