Unfortunately no amount of negative reviews will keep people from lining up to the road to use this pharmacy. Once you get your "confirmation" text that your order is ready for pickup and wait in line for half an hour. There's still a 75% chance you will be informed that it will be ready in 45 minutes, or tomorrow, or some variant of that.

The Walgreens in Spearfish is ridiculous. They don’t have the staff that they need to handle the volume of customers. They’ll have a couple people waiting, and they will just walk out lock up and leave for lunch. That happened to me. It took me nearly an hour and a half to get ear drops. This is not an unusual situation. It’s very common at the Spearfish Walgreens.

Best Walgreens pharmacy ever! The staff in the pharmacy are always professional, polite, helpful, caring and try very hard to get you what you need as fast as possible. Keep up the great work and thank you.

They don't have time to fax a paper. Started this a week ago . No call back. Figured it would be ready by Monday. They needed more info. No one called to get more info. Doctor's office called faxed them for 2 days. I called today a week later .at 9 am she said give them a couple hours. I called 4 pm still do not have it done. Husband has been out of meds since Tuesday. Maybe time for a new pharmacy

Not not accurate hours, occasionally rude, unhelpful staff.
