The kid they hired during days is usually late to open and is a Smartass to most customers.Ive witnessed it. He must be a relative of the owner or something. His attitude towards customers is Not good for business. He needs to go. Let Kimo work days again. My apologies if i misspelled his name. I once gave this place 5 stars. Now i wouldn’t give it 5 mins.

They’re very nice here. Max is awesome and so is the rest of the crew. They always have a good selection and they always have the cheapest vape and pre rolls I can find that other places charge more for. Definitely recommend.

I got a e-vape from this store and the owner gave warranty that the vape doesn’t get blocked after use and if it happens again the store will replace it but it did get blocked and couldn’t use it so I took it back to the store for a replacement but the owner said that he will not replace it! This was my second vape I bought from here and I got same problem. This store is a scam-they sell bad products and they do not care about customers after charging them! I asked my bank for a refund and wjll never visit this store again for my whole life. I don’t recommend this store and people and everyone must stay away from this store, there are many smoke shops around but this one is the closest one to me but will never use it again

If the young man that works in this shop on Friday afternoon at 1:30pm gets me killed over a vape. First off let me just say I’ve been using this vape shop since the 1st day it opened and I love this vape shop they always have what I need and if they don’t they always get it and it’s very good prices, but every since the owner hired this young man that works in the shop I’ve had nothing but problems when he is there doesn’t know what I need when I ask doesn’t offer to really look just says he don’t have it also doesn’t offer to let the owner know so he can get it. But today topped it all. Went in to get vape pods there was about 8 people in the shop. Told him what I needed and showed him by him pointing his finger and counting the items left to right until his finger was pointing at it said yeah that’s it then I go to the counter to check out and he says in front of everybody pointing out this lady what’s in your pockets and everyone is staring at her and she said her stuff and he said show me. So she started taking stuff out of her left pocket showing him and he said the other pocket show me the other pocket. She was taking stuff out Kleenex’s, phone charger, her actual vape and I’m thinking oh my God how embarrassing is this that he is calling her out in front of everybody in the store demanding her to empty her pockets when she clearly hasn’t stolen anything. He made her come to the counter with me standing there and empty out everything she had. She had nothing but her own personal belongings. So he let me check out well when I went to leave come to find out he had locked the door from some button behind the counter and I had to tell him to let me out of the store. My thought was if she had stolen something and had a Gun u just locked 8 people in the store with you and all of us could have been killed and possibly even robbed our self bc you decided to lock us all in the store with someone you thought didn’t see but thought took something and put it in their pocket…. My life isn’t worth a 50.00 vape. I’m seriously questioning if I will ever shop there again after this. If you thought she stole something and you want to endanger your life make her go to the back of the line and check her out last bc she was buying a vape so it’s just you and her in the store, or at least wait until she try’s to leave the store b4 you lock the door. There was so many more ways this could of been handled instead of putting everyone in the store in danger.

This place is very good they got everything and max is very helpful he is a nice man I get all my vapes from there .
