I've been a loyal customer ever since they moved down here. Every once in awhile you'll buy a vape, cart, etc. and sometimes it doesn't work or there's an issue with it . But that's expected to happen because if every porkchop was perfect we wouldn't have hot dogs. Anyway I bought a Indica Vape because I found out my doctor said I couldn't have pain meds and I'm experiencing a lot of pain. I bought it and used it as soon as I got home and found out that the juice in it is foul and I was served a thc vape that has been sitting for too long. The most available time I was able to take it was the next day. Even though the store doesn't have a policy posted that you must make sure your device Works before you leave even if they do have it posted it doesn't matter. The only products that you can make a person test it before they leave is a regular Vape because if you have THC in it you're not allowed to operate heavy machinery. Obviously if I was to take a rip off of the pen it's going to kick in as soon as unacceptable walk to the car. Personally I'm going to let it slide but I should crack an attorney on you for just selling me a vape that had fouled juice in it but people have better things to do. All in all the messed up part about the interaction was not only did the owner not try to make things right but he kept my money despite knowing that it was a THC product all in all I think it's really bogus to set that policy on people with thc and vapes. If this was an educated store obviously we would understand the fact that and one scenario you can have a person with a vape make sure it works right then and there and there's no negative consequence but meanwhile if you look on the back of your THC cart or vape what is it say? You're not allowed to operate heavy machinery I feel like you're setting people up for failure and you don't deserve to have a business if this is how you conduct it with all your folks you're screwing people over and its bad for business. All in all I now drive to Jackson for my products and can't complain

It’s so dope! I used to be on foger and loved that split design, but the battery just can’t keep up with heavy vaping. Made the switch to this one I already finished the white grape, loved that fruity vibe. Grabbed a new one today to try out
One of the worst owners/smoke shops to ever deal with. Would offer discount or price to get u coming back but would never remember giving that price. Very rude n disrespectful to customers, even more so the female employees he's had over last yr to 6 months. They would be told could offer discount to frequent customer my husband n I would spend $200 weekly, he is there n never remembers giving em. Always trying to sell u broken vapes, always trying to upsell garbage that's been sitting cause no one else wants it but never gives discounted prices. I will continue driving to Somerville, or Oakland get my gummies, CBD. Both his shops are massively over priced if u look n see online can get cheaper. DO NOT RECOMMEND either galaxy shops in Bolivar owner alone.
spent over 50$ in this place and the vape doesnt work. I called last night when my husband told me it doesnt work. Of course no answer. I called this morning and the guy told me sorry i cant replace it. Watch the cameras u clearly see that i bought 3 rainbow freeze 6500. I try not to fuss over stuff but this is the 2nd time. The owners needs get this under control seriously. I wouldnt even give them a 1 star but i have to put something. They need a negative score!!!
Best smoke shop in the B straight up P.S. if you reading this reviews go shop with them.
