One of the most inviting cigar bars—and it starts with the owners. Rob and his wife are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. The space is big, clean, and comfortable, with the option to bring your own liquor. The regulars clearly love it here—everyone seemed relaxed and having a great time. It’s no surprise this place is so successful and has a 5.0 star rating.

Pros: Nice location. Brown bag. Fire pit outside. Pool table. Tv's. Decent cigars. Cool events. Cons: Feels like a dog pound unfortunately. I've seen where 3 or 4 dogs are in there at once. They let the dogs roam around freely (not taking into consideration some folks might be allergic to dogs, afraid of dogs, or just don't want to be bothered with someone's dog. Especially a barking dog. Dog pee stains on the carpet. I've seen fleas. No dog belongs in a cigar lounge unless of course it's a service dog(with valid paperwork) Ventilation isn't great at all. You'll walk out of there smelling like an ashtray. They don't sanitize their tables and chairs. Should be actually SANITIZED either at close time or before opening. And also in between customer visits. Pee stains on the restroom rugs. They have 3 restrooms and unfortunately all are unisex. There's a guy who literally goes there to watch tv shows and movies. The TV so loud, you can hardly hear yourself talk. When mentioned to the owner, got no response or any results. Guy continues to have tv up extra loud for no apparent reason. In the beginning it was a phenomenal lounge but now the owners blatantly caters to a certain demographic and have no problem with showing it while pretending to make you think you're part of that demographic, when really you're not. If you're not a part of that demographic, you can forget about them being receptive to any feedback, complaints, suggestions you might have. They have a decent cigar selection but could be a lot better if they had some boutique cigars as well. Seems like they only get what they like.

My second time here, selection was vastly improved. I was thoroughly impressed. Love that they have a good selection of big brands as well as boutique. Becky was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Lounge is quite comfy and has a great group of regular customers. The owners are great people as well.

The Blonde women was a great help offering suggestions on various Cigars to give as gifts. I'm a not smoker and did not appreciate that I smelled like a Dirty Ashtray, I would suggest a Stronger air cleaner / Filtration system. Next time I'll send someone else.. I have boosted my 4 ⭐️'s to a 5 star review based on the owner's response.

Best lounge in the Chattanooga area. Great atmosphere, great prices and great selection in the humidor. The owners are extremely customer oriented and knowledgeable about the cigars and pipe tobacco. They always have some type of event going on. Lots of space in the lounge but still has the small lounge feel. Ventilation is top notch so you don't leave smelling like an ashtray. Humidor has all the top brands as well as a large selection of boutique brands. I highly recommend! Edit 7/26/25 Celebrating their 2 year anniversary today and this place has only improved! Humidor selection has increased by double the size and selection. Still the best lounge in Chattanooga, the owners are always present and accommodating with whatever the occasion. They all possess a world of knowledge about the cigars they carry and always bringing in something new to try. The community of people that frequent the lounge makes you feel like family no matter if you are a regular or it's your first time in. Great ventilation so you don't leave smelling like an ashtray. They have a ladies night every month. Ladies are always welcome and feel welcome to sit and enjoy a cigar or pipe along with their significant other or by themselves. A very safe atmosphere with a great staff. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars!
