I paid $41 for a vape here when I get them for $27 everywhere else I’ve went and it was the same flavor and same brand I was getting at other places but it tasted different and it’s not good it’s horrible so I paid more for a vape that’s disgusting. very unsatisfied with this place and I won’t be back I should have just drove to Kingsport or Rogersville but I figured I’ll just pay extra so I don’t have to drive as far but that was a huge mistake. I DO NOT recommend.

Prices aren’t great, they sell hard drug paraphernalia (it’s one of those places), customer service is mediocre at best, juice selection kind of sucks, and the giant discount bin is a blatant scam. Their “discount bin” is filled with expired vapes that mostly don’t work. I bought three at once, two didn’t work. Went back in and the lady pointed to a sign that said no refunds. Went back in again, explained the situation that happened last time, asked if I could try the vape before I left the store and was told that it didn’t matter and I couldn’t exchange it even if I opened the package in front of her. Don’t buy their discounted vapes. It’s a scam. You might get lucky but you’re better off going to one of the more reputable stores in the area. Go to any reputable place and this would not be a problem because reputable places don’t want to scam their customers. So overall, trashy store that profits off addicts and blatantly scams their customers with expired vapes. Better off driving into Kingsport and heading to Rocky Top if you’re a mod user. Or Mr. Vape and Tobacco in Mt Carmel. Owner seems like a genuinely nice guy and has overall better deals and a nicer store.

Everyone who works here is rude. I just walked in to to hear the guy behind the counter on the phone with someone. He completely ignored me. Stood there for 5 minutes and he never once showed and interest in making a sale. To be clear he was not on the phone with a customer, probably a friend or relative. Anyway the isn't the first time I've been in here and had a bad experience. Im done with it. Highly recommend you go somewhere else for your tobacco and vape needs. Selection sucks anyway.

The most horrible experience I've ever had. Bought something that wouldn't charge and had a receipt from the day before. Just wanted to exchange for one that worked. The owner not only had the worst attitude and Customer service at it's worst. This man got in our face and literally cussed us out for no reason. I was appalled by his reaction to something so simple. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! Please do not give this man any business and lets keep our community strong with good people!! He should be fired for the way I was treated and I won't let this go.

Bought a “water pipe” that had a hole in it that would’ve made smoking from it difficult, I went in to exchange and he wasted no time getting me a new one. He was Super nice about it !! On another hand if you do buy from here, expect some pipes not made with the best quality. But you get what you pay for. Amazing prices !
