Don’t get me wrong, the product is good and the woman who I always see there is really really nice. However, I can’t get anyone to answer the phone to save my life. There was like 5 separate days where I tried calling to see if you all were only doing cash or if your machines were working again. No answer. I drove up today after trying to call 3 times throughout the day and got no answer. There was a big hand written sign that still says cash only. I had to find an ATM in order to buy something only to find out there was a smaller sign that read “we only accept cash, Cashapp, and Venmo”. If had known that, I wouldn’t have pulled cash out and would’ve just used my cashapp lol. I still will go to you all because I like the environment. But that was a rough one lol

I usually love stopping by the store but every time I’ve stopped by in the last week it’s either that it’s just straight up closed and they’re not opening it at all or are they closing early and opening late like if the owners of the stores are on vacation or something. They should’ve put a note on the door or something. or if they changed the store hours, they need to update it on the website and on the door

Tried having a conversation with the supposed owners daughter on why the weight of the product in the bags are different. She got upset about it and kicked me out. Ive spent hundreds of dollars here and the disrespect is unreal. Do not recommend this shop for anyone looking for kratom. Make sure you weigh out the product before leaving here.

The ladies that work here are fine and the products are good. People complaining about not answering the phone and having to pay cash are wack
