I recently reviewed this place and gave it three stars. I said the staff was friendly and the prices were competitive but I had a somewhat negative customer service experience when I wasn't informed of their rewards program. After several purchases, I heard about it from another customer in line. Well I went in today when giving a friend a ride there and explained what happened. Not only did they fix the problem but they were more than gracious and professionally apologetic and actually gave me more rewards than I should have earned for my trouble, which admittedly was very little. That's customer service folks. Chuckin' Clouds has a customer for as long as they're around and a spokesperson for what its worth. Go there, spend money, get the Clover app on your phone.

Don’t even bother coming here. Customer service is awful. The only vape shop in town that won’t exchange a defective vape that you bought a little over 24 hours after. Never coming here again

They used to stock the flavor of juices I love, then inexplicably all of a sudden they never have those juices. I even asked several times (as I WAS a regular customer) if they could please restock the juices, but after 8 trips (4 months) to their store and STILL not having the flavors I want while another vape shop just down the road ALWAYS has the flavors I want (plus more), I am no longer a satisfied customer of Chuckin' Clouds. Maybe listen to your regular customers and stop ignoring them. Thanks Chuckin' Clouds for changing my previous 5 star rating to a 1 star rating now (wish I could give zero stars)! =) I'll just start giving my money to the vape store down the street. Why bother with this crappy store?

Was stopping in on my way to Nashville Mike was great got me everything I needed would definitely recommend.

Had no idea this place even existed. Was referred by another local vape shop oddly enough. This place is great. Good pricing. Also having many of the latest and greatest vape tech on the market in stock is a huge bonus. Not just starter kits and replacement coils. Oh and don't even get me started on the juice selection. Top notch. I've been an avid online shopper for devices and juice. However. That has changed. They may as well give me a parking space now.
