I go in it’s the same girl I think her name is alissa She honestly made my experience so much better than I thought it would be she got me some great products. Her personality and positive attitude keeps me coming back… it’s not very often you can walk into a store and feel like family🖤

I’m leaving this review so y’all know not to buy the Hyde bars from Nova Vapor. I have bought 4 Hyde bars from them and every single one of them works for about 1 week and then they start to leak into the charging port to where I can’t even use it anymore. The customer service is great! But the Hyde bars, not so much.

I recently moved to the area and I’ve been looking for a new, reliable store to buy e-liquid. I brought one of the e-liquids they make and it ruined several pods. No matter what I tried it ended up having a burnt taste and this was the e-liquid recommended to me by one of their employees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying e-liquid from here.

Customer service was excellent, very friendly, staff got me what I needed at a great value for being on a budget. Clearly these guys know a thing or two because I was given recommendations and tips to keep in mind. Highly satisfied
