They have a sign on the door that says to check your vape before you leave the store or they're not responsible. But when you check the vape they can't and won't do a refund or exchange of any type. Mindful that my fiance and I buy from here often and the past couple times (3 times) the vapes taste like burnt metal.

It was really good I went in there to buy a pack of cigarettes and ended up buying t packs and a vape….

I go here because of the prices. The guy that works most days though is a creep. Asking inappropriate questions and asking females to come back to the store alone so he can make a pass at them. Actively seeking recommendations for a better location that sells Geek Bar Pulse X's in the 3 for 45 dollar range like this location. Preferably in the Oak Grove area????

Careful buying vapes here I never had problems with other things but when the one mean bigger woman with red hair from the vape store is there you're bound to get a burnt vape that they can't do anything about much like at the vape store next store. They're owned by the same owner so I guess shouldn't expect quality.

The guy who works the front counter is very mean and honorary and I experienced discrimination yesterday when I went into the store.
