If you're looking for cigars, look elsewhere! I had stopped here once before and didn't like it. I don't see the point in walking into a humidor only to have everything locked behind glass. Maybe I'm just used to a better class of establishment, but I don't like being treated like a potential criminal so I've always taken my business elsewhere. But, I'm on my way out of town the other day and the great cigar shop across the street from this one, Smoker Friendly, was closed. I made my selections and the salesman carried them to the counter and put them in a cigar bag. This is important, other than pointing to what I wanted, I haven't laid eyes on the cigars themselves. The next day I pull one from the bag, break the seal and see a crater in the cigar(see attached photo). The other of the same brand was even worse! Two days after the purchase, as I'm getting back in town, I stopped back and showed him the trash cigars he'd sold me. First he was going to replace them, but once in the humidor he said he couldn't replace the one with the seal broken. I explained I didn't see the crater in the cigar until I broke the seal, again see the pic. There were some heated words and in the end he only replaced the one. He just kept grinning and pointing to the "No returns or exchanges" sign. I would understand if I had bought one, didn't like it, and tried to bring it back. But, he sold me rotted out cigars! Now the worse part... He took the one I returned and put it back in the box! I called him out on it, "You just threw that back in there to rip off the next sucker?" He laughed and pulled it back out. At this point I'm fed up and stomp out of the humidor with my one replaced cigar and a lesson well learned (don't shop here). As I closed the glass door I saw him toss the trashed out cigar back in the box and lock the cabinet! I don't know about the other products sold there, not really my thing, but if you're looking for cigars, cross the road for better prices and customer service. Very good store. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area or crossing by. Super cool family, the man that owns it is an awesome guy/ real. and his wife is very nice every time I go in.

The WORST shop in Clinton to do business with. I’m allergic to THC and I just wanted CBD gummies. I had bought some prior by the BRAND gold spectrum THC. Which contains hemp extract and just CBd, pectin, Sugar. TheCBD gummies I bought from the white, blonde hair lady was very kind and knowledgeable. So I went back and looked at CBD gummies. I’m gonna assume this Indian fellow is the owner, but he is by far the most rudest individual I’ve ever met in a head shop. I purchased gummies called CBD+ by Brixz or Brixx and me and my bf both asked him “These are not psychoactive , and won’t get me high, right?” He said “no, these will not get you high.” And so I purchased them. I went home and I opened them up just to smell them and see how they looked, and then put them away, feeling excited for more CBD gummies. However I was like lemme read reviews on google and they say they’re “full spectrum” and they do contain delta 9 in them. Which I’m allergic to. I went back to the owner and said to him that these have delta 9, im allergic to them.. and he couldn’t take them back simply because I opened them up. That part im not really upset about as much, what I am more upset is that he is ignorant, combative , and doesn’t know anything about THC, Delta, any products like that. He just sells them. So if you do shop here, don’t ask any hard hitting questions. He won’t understand or he is just to ignorant to understand. He also tried arguing with me about my other gummies that I bought that I loved. He says those have THC in them too. I said “NO- Gold Spectrum THC” is a BRAND, it doesn’t mean it has delta in em automatically. There is a huge difference. This man is to argumentative, combative right out the gate and is to ignorant to sell the type of products he has. I will NOT ever be back. I rather give my money to somebody else before I ever ask for anything CBD or anything head shop related from this ignorant man.
