They recommended regular e-liquid for a salt-nic device, so we filled the pods using the juice they sold us—which turned out to be the wrong kind. When we pointed it out, all we got was a “sorry,” while they tried to sell us another bottle of the correct juice. No offer to replace the pod we wasted by using the product they recommended. Honestly, that feels pretty lame.

Mr Vape & Smoke has honored prices of products from other businesses along with being satisfied for the price adjustments I am pleased with the service and from one associate specifically, her name is Savannah. Savannah has continued to be kind, always helpful with all my questions & concerns of a product, and with her bubbly personality she makes it easy for me to want to keep returning. . If the owners know what’s good they will keep Savannah. One reason I drive out of my way to go to this store is to have Savannah wait on me , she is exactly why customers keep the returning.

I have vaping for years and this is one of the best shops I have ever been to. The selection is the biggest I’ve seen in any of the surrounding cities. The price is the best I’ve seen as well. Sam really likable and knows his craft. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

As far as I'm concerned, it's the ONLY vape/smoke shop in the World!! They literally will not let u leave the place unless they are convinced u are content with every facet of ur shopping experience.!.! Go check em out-Vapes, etc....done with an angle far, far, far, above the rest-

Used to enjoy coming here, but now half the time it just feels like I'm the only one in the shop. I've had to wait up to like 10 minutes before until someone finally stumbles out of the back room. You'd do better by going to one of the other many vape stores here.
