Love this place. Great store hours. Extensive brand of products. Staff is very knowledgeable. If you don’t know what you are doing get a printed receipt. Exchanges have never been an issue with a receipt. Rewards program is decent. And if the open sign is on. But the doors are locked. Dude is taking a smash. Wait ten minutes. Good people. I love this store. Always gone above and beyond. Do they try to upsale? Yes. But who doesn’t. If you aren’t in the game let me tell you. Different strokes for different folks. Get a receipt. If it’s unopened? They will refund you.

Been going here for years until they decided to sell me 2 vapes that needed a separate battery to charger and I even went back in asking what kind of charger they needed and they lied and said a type C. Went back in after realizing I was sold refill carts to a Foger brand vape and not my normal disposable one Iv been getting for a year now and they laughed in mine and my boyfriends face and said without a receipt ( which Iv never gotten ) I was shit outta luck. Sad to spend so much money at one place all this time for them to make a mistake and not even fix it. Won’t be back

Unopened package. Would not allow for exchange. This policy is not posted, and violates consumer protection standards Jonah could only say “it’s unregulated”, and couldn’t exchange. Then offered to trade for the same brand, contradicting himself I asked for the owner in attempt to resolve issue. Guy said he only texts and I can’t speak with him Unnecessarily difficult for no reason. Could/ should have been an easy fix

Good store with good prices. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable with the products they sell, if they don’t know something they will figure out what you need to know.
