I patiently waited for five minutes for the clerk to finish his phone call a car pulled up after he asked me what I needed. He proceeded to take the car in the drive-through and just leave me standing in the store so I walked out and didn’t complete my purchase. They can keep their product

My only complaint is I can almost never get them to answer the phone. I only call to make sure how much something costs so that when I get someone to pick something up for me, I know how much money will be needed. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with this store and use it at least twice a month.

I live in Knoxville, TN and typically buy liquor from Total Wine. But I date someone in Cookeville that was nice enough in the past to twice, buy Yukon Jack for this consumer. To me it is a knock off of Yukon Jack for both times, with a year in between at least as she forgot and bought it again, it tasted like full grain alcohol and not the sweeter flavor Yukon Jack is known for. I have not been in the store but 2 times in the past 5 years but although friendly and competitive pricing for Cookeville, I highly question where they are getting a few of the products being sold. Especially Yukon Jack. I would be more selective the next time where I buy from.

All was good friends and family had pizza and drinks said pizza was great wait staff was also great.only problem was the taco salad we had was horrible maybe just a bad night for taco salads but was a waisted 14$

I wouldnt buy any cdb nectur from them or anything for that matter they sold me a bad valve of it for 26.99 and said that there was nothing they could do they couldnt resale it so i couldnt get my money back or exchange it. I seriously would go somewhere else . rude theives is all they are oh i might add i bought this stuff yesterday
