I called and asked if they had a product I wanted and he cut me off saying I need to come in there and look and hung the phone up! Very rude and not willing to help at all! Do better!

I tried calling just to find out how much what I wanted cost, because I'm homebound and need to send someone to pick stuff up for me. The man who answered the phone was very rude. He cut me off, said "You have to come here," then hung up before I could explain my situation. VERY inconsiderate, I doubt I'll be shopping there any time soon.

This place has it all! Cigarettes, vapes, snacks, drinks, and fresh hemp! Plus, they're very friendly and helpful. I love having this place right around the corner.

Always a pleasure seeing Dave and his family at the Smoke Station. They do the best job when it comes to customer service, and have the best prices in town. God's blessings to you and your family at the Smoke Station on Washington Avenue in Cookeville, Tennessee.
