the service is nice. but i ship here often and all (after making a purchase) could they clean the slushy machines please. most say that's someone else's job. hygiene is imperative to our health and their customers

I’ve been coming to this place since around the time they opened. They’re usually somewhat friendly. It’s right around the corner from my house so the convenience is hard to beat and makes their prices which are slightly higher than average for smoke shops worth it. After years of +\- twice weekly stops, tonight was my final stop. The guy working the counter supposedly reviewed footage while saying he had to reboot the system and accused me of stealing. I literally emptied my pants pockets and jacket pockets (it’s currently 15 degrees outside so wearing a jacket I think is understandable) in front of him even though he didn’t ask me to and I certainly didn’t have to. I wanted to clear my name to him and the people standing behind me. He wouldn’t show me whatever footage he claimed to have ( there was none because I didn’t take anything…) he wouldn’t admit he was wrong. I understand that owner isn’t the one who accused me and I don’t wish any ill will upon the business. I’m sympathetic to the theft they experience but you need to be sure before accusing people of stealing and definitely be mature enough to admit you made a mistake especially after someone willingly empties their pockets in front of you. To the owner, If you just watch that footage you’ll know this review is sincere and not an attempt to slander your business. Maybe you can prevent running off other honest customers to one of your many competitors who frankly are a little cheaper and have a bigger selection.
