The Kid who saw me walk in audibly sighed and rolled his eyes when he saw me 😂 his friend was in there talking to him telling him its not that bad, and I heard him say he was sick of people walking in. Not a great start lol. Then I show him my vape, and tell him what I need, pods and juice, he says here's all our juice and walks away. My vape takes salt nic so I ask him to verify where the salt nic is. He tells he's not sure, and this is day 2 of being a vape owner for me, so I also wasnt sure. I left with not only the wrong pods, but the wrong juice. Just to avoid running into this lazy slacker again, I opted to just trash what I bought and started going to the vapor wize 15 minutes from me instead of this one yo the road. Get better help.

They sell fake (unauthorized) vapes. The real one is on the left and the one I purchased from them is on the right. Major differences. When I brought it up to the employee she did not care. Offered nothing in return. BUYER BEWARE. Counterfeit vapes can be very dangerous

That guy tristen is dope! excellent service really cool dude. he deserves a raise.

Terrible experience… DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Bought a geek bar and 2 mins later opened the box and it did not cut on at all. Went back to the store and the lady stated there is nothing she could do so I gave them 20 dollars for free. She also stated why customers should try before they leave which she did not tell me while in the store talking about other things. I’ll never shop here AGAIN!! BAD BUSINESS.

I hate to write this because I like this shop but now I’m not so sure. Today’s is Tuesday right. So on Saturday I bought a vape from here and today it suddenly stopped working. No damage no drop in water nothing. I called the store and asked them what I can do and they said no refund and it’s nothing they can do but if the vape pen has full oil in it why would y’all not give a refund. They’re selling vapes that they know don’t work and deny you a refund. It’s no way a brand new vape in 4 days the battery stops randomly working. This is ridiculous. So pls don’t waste your money here because I am in disbelief honestly.
