I had a great experience at the Walmart near Germantown, Memphis. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. There’s an impressive selection of holiday décor and gift ideas throughout the store—from festive home items to fun seasonal finds and affordable gifts. The holiday section in particular is well stocked and thoughtfully displayed, making it easy to get inspired. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience and a great stop for seasonal shopping.

Went to deli on 7/9 at 5pm to get 5 PC chicken and I waited for about 10 mins for someone to come , when someone finally did come she didn't know how to ring up 5 PC of fried chicken. At 5 pm when everyone is getting off of work Walmart has to do better at having their best people there during rush hour, the lady just walked away and did not come back 😑
I would think when you visit the customer service desk that those employees would have the best customer service skills to be in that position - that is unmistakenly not the case. The lady with whom I spoke to was the rudest right from the start. I ended up taking the item back that I intended to exchange and left the store. I will not be back and never recommend a Walmart. They don't care about you as a customer cause most all y'all still gonna shop there no matter the customer service.
I was visiting relatives in Memphis; On 5/14/26. I'm from E. Chicago, IN 😊 I must say? This is the largest Walmart I have ever seen 😲 This Walmart had items that I have never heard before (Such as) Powdered Peanut Butter 😃 There are also "Bulk" Items at great prices. You won't find this in Indiana. Thank You for a wonderful experience 😃❤️
The employees here act like you’re inconveniencing them when they are the ones that signed up to work a retail job at Walmart dealing with the general public . They literally act like you are in their way and bothering them by just shopping. Everybody just stares you down with a mean screw face like you owe them something. 0 customer service. They block and clutter up the aisles with those big blue carts , pallets of boxes and ect. Making it difficult just to get down the aisle and grab what you need. Then after dealing with all of that you are forced to bag your own items while another employee just watches you the whole time. To add insult to injury, once you exit they beg you for a receipt.
