I would like to know why my order has not been shipped. I have emailed you and tried to call, but the number isn't working. It's been over a week now. I have been an online customer for years and never have I been ignored before. What is going on? Pertaining to the response I finally received. Leaving a bad review is what I had to do to get someone's attention. No one would answer my emails and the phone number listed isn't working. If this is unjust, why does the phat hempies website have PLUM CRAZY on it. Also, if this has nothing to do with PLUM CRAZY, how did you know about my order. You are related somehow and this was the best way to get attention. If you know so much about my order, why didn't you give me the correct phone number or something? You can tell phat hempies that their customer service sucks. It used to be great and I was a customer for several years, but they'll be lucky to get another order from me if this is how inconsiderate they are going to be.

New bar, very classy place. Full bar, and menu. Owner is where she needs to be, Crossville. A Vape Shop is also a part of the complex. 3 pool tables and live music on the weekend. Different atmosphere than other local bars. It's definitely worth a visit. Owners are set up for success.

Friendliest and most knowledgeable staff compared to some of the others I've gone to in town. Prices are equal, and some items are cheaper compared to other shops I've tried in crossville. Got a really good deal on studenglass gravity bong I've always wanted! Splurged but worth every penny. 91% isopropyl cleans it up very well, easy to keep clean. Has the best drinks and hands down cleanest shop in town. Felt welcomed, not like a burden compared to some experiences I've had locally. Great rewards, they added up fast for me. Last visit, what I needed was free. Also had one of my favorite artists play there was super impressed. I hope more country/rap or outlaw like artists play. If so, I'll be there and will bring all my friends! Trey healy, please do a show here if you see this. Staff, if you read this, look him up and invite him! Amazing person and very talented. The vibes will mesh well.

Amazing people, great atmosphere, plenty to enjoy! Come on out. Nothing but a big family. You won't be disappointed

The manager is very knowledgeable. Very personable atmosphere, too. He helped me find something that works for my severe nausea post cancer surgery. It has really made a difference! Will be repeat customers.
