Great store. They got selection for days and if your buying something like tobacco and hemp they are cheapest around . This store is the best tobacco store in dayton . Iv been to all of them too.

I bought a cart here, it didn't work and they exchanged it the next day no questions asked. Very good service.

Great store with great prices on tobacco and beer. Best quality and prices. Make sure to go here.

He has the best prices

I went to the shop and got a vape pen set up. Got the kind that has the charger you screw on wth a USB port. Well long story short the charger fell apart the 1st time I used it later that night. I went back the next day and was denied a replacement charger, i was denied any sort of credit from the $10 pen to the $20 pen with a C to C charging port in order to avoid the same problem again. Manager was called on the phone & honestly was incredibly rude. He said he would "one time give you 10% off but don't expect anything else from me. You understand?! He then proceed to say that it was "impossible" for that to have have happened (i had the pieces in a baggie) telling us it was our fault it fell apart. ... when we asked him "how & why"? He just continued w the disrespectful attitude. He was so rude. Oh, and the cashier didnt even honor the 10%. Go figure. At end end I'm out $10 w a charger that was destroyed and had to break down and buy the more reliable pen with absolutely zero understanding, help or even basic respect from this company. I highly recommend you skip this place & keep it moving & take your business to a more reliable place with staff that is willing to work with you or at the very least, honor their word & treat you with respect.
