Horrible, horrible store! The lady That works there couldn’t get off the phone long enough to help me. Then she sold me a burnt vape that I tried before I left the store and all she did was point to the sign that says no returns and no exchanges and would not give me another vape! Do not go there!! Horrible customer service

Asked for a electric dab pen, she sells me a torch style, didn't even walk out of the store, read the box and it clearly showed used a torch, when I asked to exchange for another model she told me because I opened the box she can't take ot back, funny thing was I never opened the box. So she threw it back In The case and handed me another one, it was electric, and she said, "it's only a few dollars more... it's OK you can take it." At that point, I knew she ripped me off. after I left and looked it up. Retails for 42, she charged me almost 70 for the first unit I returned. Check your drawer manager, she is clearly not trusted. Sale date was 4/22 about 6 pm.
