This particular Discount Tobacco the parking lot and outside area needs to be cleaned up. I went here to get some cigarettes on a Saturday morning. The sign says that they open at 8AM, I sat there for over 30 minutes got tired of waiting and when I went to leave, I saw a man stroll down the hill go inside the door locked the door back. He walked out of my site so I left and went to another cigarette store to get my cigarettes and they were sold out, went and got something to eat, passed back by and the store was still not open. I went down the road to another cigarette store and bought my cigarettes I passed by this Discount Tobacco store and they were finally starting to open. When the hours are posted on the door or a window they should keep the schedule like the sign says. I will not go back.

Staff wasn’t very friendly (frankly, they were rude) and prices were just decent. I couldn’t see much of a discount from them and gas station tobacco prices. I wasn’t able to get a receipt to determine what the price of the items I bought and that bothered me somewhat. I know there are other discount tobacco stores locally that are cheaper.

Only place that I ever buy my cigarettes. The prices are great. I also love their selection of smoke odor eliminator candles. The employees are so friendly and extremely helpful. I really enjoy interacting with them.

Have shopped here for years and mostly satisfied. There's a young guy that works evening and night shift, that has no personality and is always rude to the point of being arrogant, other than him, most others are very nice. The reason I even wrote this review is just stopped by on my way home from work at around 4:20 pm and a sign on the door say's closed from 3-5, what is the deal with this. Pitiful management.

Decent selection but the way the store is set up is a bit confusing and the cashier was rude. I'd never been in before and walked to the wall where bags of tobacco are because it's not blocked off and it's set up like an aisle you can walk through like the rest of the store. There was no indication you can't walk to that section and to a newcomer, you really wouldn't know. The girl there proceeded to raise her voice at me and make a comment to the other girl behind the counter. I'm sure the other employees are fine but if there's no sign that says not to walk back there and it's open like an aisle and not gated off, there's no need to raise your voice at someone who clearly just made an honest mistake.
