If I could give Zach at Cloud 9 Vape Store more than 5 stars, I would! We went in to prepare for an upcoming trip to Portugal and needed to stock up on a massive purchase. Zach couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. He made sure we had everything we needed, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process smooth and effortless. Exceptional customer service like his is hard to come by these days. Thanks to Zach, we’re all set for our travels. Highly recommend asking for him if you stop by(!)

went for the first time tonight and had such a lovely experience! The young man working on 4/12 was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions! He was patient while I slowly browsed everything and helpful to everyone that came in during my time at the shop. I definitely becoming back here and telling my friends and family to do the same!

The dude is cool and they have a massive variety of good products. The only thing I will say is if you use disposable vapes DO NOT buy the UTs they straight up suck! Will definitely go back again!

This place is amazing. Every time I come in I am treated with kindness and they are always incredibly knowledgeable. They've recommended options and EVERY one has been amazing! Great store. Incredible service and incredible supply. Will not go anywhere else.

I shop there all the time, Zack is very helpful, always helps me find what I need. Great selection.
