Update: I left my wallet on the counter and they chased me down to give it back 😭 So nice. Huge selection and they had the Viho we’ve been looking everywhere for.

I bought a Pepsi from here and didn’t notice that it was a year expired and had floaters in it until I went to take a sip of it. I went back and checked some of the other bottles before letting him know and they were all a year or more expired. When I let the guy in there know (normally very nice, no issues until today), he didn’t offer a refund or replacement and asked if I’d just be okay with a bag of chips. They clearly do not check expiration dates here, I would hard avoid for anything but tobacco products.

Very Friendly Young Lady running the store. She helped with my vape choice and I left very satisfied.

I used to come in all the time for gum or vapes (always good experience and friendly staff) but seeing as the last few time I’ve been in here, there’s been a snotty rude brunette working there who’s got an attitude, always on her phone clearly doesn’t want to do her job. I won’t be back unfortunately and I’ve always went in here because I also work in the mall however this customer service with this girl isn’t it.

Royce is so welcoming every time I come in the store! I work in the mall and I come in often to grab a drink or snack and he’s always so friendly! I recommend this store for quick snacks and drinks- especially if you work in the CoolSprings mall!!
