Staff is great. I've seen challenging customers on a few occasions here and was impressed with how staff handled the situation. Prices and freshness of tobacco is best I have found in Gallatin. They also sell draft beer! Of course they have the usual tobacco store items and a nice assortment of Zippos.

Lady that works there was very rude n disrespectful. Always has an attitude. Poor service. Never go there again. Hate it

Been shopping there for several years. About 2 months ago they raised the price on my favorite item. Price went from 9.50 with tax to nearly 11 bucks. I have no problem with them choosing to raise the prices. The problem is the posted sign had that item priced at 8.69. it rings up at 9.99 plus tax. She said the price just went up and simply refused to sell the item at the posted price like any other store in town would do. That was her manager that told her not to sell it at 8.69. She is always friendly so I blame the management or owner. I told her I didn't want the item and told her I would shop elsewhere. I'm just thinking how many folks that bought that item thinking it was 8.69. I did tell her I would pass this on to others. I feel all she had to do is sell it at that price and then change the sign. Stores need to start doing what's right for the customers. Too many other places to shop in Gallatin. I buy about 14 bags of pipe tobacco every year and probably bought over 30 at this location alone.

Had exactly what I was looking for, and the service was top-notch. The sweet young lady behind the counter was patient with me as I asked about all the snuff products. She had a great attitude. She is the reason I'll be coming back. Wish I could remember her name.

Love this store great deals but a big shot out to Megan for being friendly and positive everytime I come in. My #1 reason for shopping there is great customer service. Keep up the good work.
