This was the quite possibly the ABSOLUTE WORST shopping experience in my ENTIRE LIFE!!! I was not greeted upon entry, which is fine, so I politely said Hello (the associate was sitting down behind the register, looking at his laptop, possibly playing a game, but definitely preoccupied, with a hateful look on his face). I wasn't wearing my glasses and stated that I would probably need to see a product or ask some questions. The young man looked at me hatefully and said "What do you want?" In a very mean/disturbing tone. I asked to see a product and proceeded to ask him about the shop in general. He looked at me with a hateful, aggression, and aggravation that I have NEVER ENCOUNTERED in any previous retail experience. You could cut the tension/the negativity with a knife, the vibe was that thick. He wouldn't answer my questions, purposely tight lipped and look of disgust. I politely handed the one product back to him, he turned around and put it back, then did not turn back around. I wanted out of there!!! I said Thank you and walked out very quickly. He obviously didn't want to be there. He showed ZERO PRIDE in his work performance, no pride in the establishment, and no respect for a potential customer. I am sure he deals with difficult and scuzzy types of people all of the time, but that is just the nature of retail and customer service jobs. I had actually walked from my hotel, many blocks, in the scorching hot Tennessee sun, to specifically go to Smoky's Vape and Tobacco. It was a shame that he didn't care about my business. I was ready to drop a couple hundred bucks, if he had be polite and helpful. I will NEVER RETURN to that shop and I will leave negative reviews about this place and the staff on numerous platforms. There is no excuse. In today's economy, any and all small business is precious. That guy's hateful face and negativity was truly FRIGHTENING.

My dad and I stopped in looking for cigars and found that Smoky's has a large variety of vapes, cigars, and CBD products. We ended up buying a couple of different things and even one of the cigars that were being rolled in store!

This shop is hands down one of the best vape and cigar stores I’ve ever visited! The selection is amazing – from top-quality vapes and cigars to a wide range of unique flavors you can’t easily find elsewhere. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you choose the right product

They still have amazing geekbar selection and every vape that you can think of. Great guy inside working help you with every aspect. Not regret visiting for sure will be back next time

Customer service is excellent. Vapes selection is wide and really good prices compared to other places around. Recommend 100%.
