Not a great cigar selection. “Greeneville” prices. They did refund when the register rang up a $3 higher price (each) than was written on the box, so good customer service.

This shop is a life saver while in town having a HARD time finding cigars in Tennessee. I went to this shop they were able to help me get resupplied with my favorite Cigars. They even got them to me! I highly recommend this place. And the prices are the BEST in the state! And the staff were polite and friendly and professional!

I love going to this particular Tobacco Shop especially if I'm on my way from home or going to home. The location is great, except the parking leaves much to be desired and most of the cashiers have been friendly and clean. Some even wear the masks still even if they don't technically have to do so. Most of the time they're more cheap than the other places, especially nearby.

**EDITED: I haven't been to this store in a year before leaving my review. Also: Edited at End of Review. Be sure to READ! ... I did give a higher rating as I used to always go here. Then, my Mom and I went in to get the usual order. The lady **(Cashier NOT Manager)** said she didn't pay for her cigarettes the last time she was there (3 days before) with her credit card because THEIR MACHINE wasn't working. She insisted on double charging her until SHE PROVED THAT SHE PAID FOR IT. My Mom was made to go to her bank and get a readout showing she paid for the order she made 3 DAYS BEFORE THAT and get a REFUND for being DOUBLE CHARGED!!!! I've worked in 5 different gas stations and sold cigarettes all over our little town. Not once did I ever have to tell someone days later that I had to recharge them for a machine malfunction. Personally, I think the little girl (CASHIER *NOT* Manager) was skimming the till and blaming the customers. Needless to say, I haven't and won't be back...... ****EDIT: I did go back to this store as I desperately needed a cigarette, and it was the closest store to stop at. I shouldn't have, but I did. Here's my experience since I gave this review (before edits)............ 👇👇👇 Manager: What do you need? Me: Marlboro Red 100's Manager: Are you going to accuse me of stealing again? Me: I didn't accuse you of stealing. I stated that I was made to go get proof that I paid for a purchase three days before. Manager: I don't understand why you would put a review on Google a year after you stopped coming here. Me: I forgot. Manager: $8.85 Me: Don't you need to scan my ID (Per TN State Law, it is REQUIRED) Manager: Nope Me: Ooooook? After this, I received my change and left. This all happened while another customer was in the store playing their scratch off lottery tickets. I don't feel humiliated as I stated the truth in my review. I meant the cashier...not the manager. Regardless, this was very unprofessional. I shouldn't have come back, but it was the closest place to stop. I've never had such a rude experience in a store. Overall, I went to Redi-Mart daily before this happened. They have great prices and used to be super nice. It's just not for me.

Very clean store! Super friendly staff, that are very helpful! Also quick at getting what you need. They really seem to know their regulars too, so if there is a line it moves VERY quickly! Always my go to stop!!!
