I absolutely love this place! They always treat me great and give me discounts on most items when I ask. I saw a rating that said sometimes the receipt doesn’t matched the item purchased. Sometimes they don’t have certain items in their digital inventory yet and one time it was to be able to give me a discount (certain things are taxed differently with the tariffs!) I know they are having issues with theft currently so please be patient with them. Remember, you only deserve the amount of respect and politeness that you give out! STOP STEALING! Be decent productive members of society! I digress, this place is fantastic with a vast selection of products and they will work with price on most things if you ask and don’t act like a jerk!

I drive 20 minutes away to go to this vape shop. Every time I come in, the wonderful guy just hands me my vape, now I do come once a week but it definitely makes me feel special. This is something that is lost in most retail shops and it is much appreciated 😃

Love this vape shop. My ONLY complaint is that the female is a little rude but she isn't there often during the times I go.

*UPDATE*- 21/1/23 DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The other day I had worked a late shift and they was the only vape store open so I had no choice but to revisit this place and that was my biggest mistake! They sold me a OLD VAPE mod for 22$ when in fact ever vape store around is selling them for 3-7$ (vapor fox in os has them for 2$) bc they are the older models! That’s not the problem, the problem is the vape had ZERO TASTE (blue Razz Ice is what I got) and after u hit the vape u have to slam it hard on something to get it to stop hitting… HINT THATS WHY SWIFT MADE A NEW MODEL ! (The new ones tells you the battery % and how much juice you have!) & this vape store wouldn’t exchange it, wouldn’t do any type of refund or make it right in any type of way!! I tried to give them another chance but they didn’t deserve it! (Pictures showing the old mod they sold me compared to the new swift mods another store sold me) THEY KNOWINGLY SELL OLD VAPES & NON WORKING VAPES KNOWING THEY HAVE NO INTENTIONS ON REPLACING OR REFUNDING YOU! and not to mention the young dude who works there is RUDE and never turns his music down when speaking to him. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your money going to this place! I was a very loyal customer (going once or more a week) and on 7-16-23 I bought a vape 30 min before closing time, got home and it did not work! I even a video with time and date to show them and show what was wrong, so the next day I go by there showing the video and they said”we don’t do returns or exchanges” and I get that but they sold me a non-working vape 25$ down the drain , I asked if I bought another if I could try it in the store (right in front of them) & if it had the same problem would they exchange it was I was told NO! And that surprised me 😳 Any other vape shop I’ve ever been to 9 times outta 10 tells you to hit it before you leave the store to make sure it works, this place how ever does not care about its loyal customers or any customers at all. If you can’t let your customers try it before they leave to make sure it’s working correctly then that shows your doing sketchy business, selling broken vapes purposely and don’t care to take peoples money. Bc why on earth is it so hard to do right by your customers. I’m not super upset they sold me a broken vape and wouldn’t return it bc I did how ever leave the store & had to come back due to them being closed, but seeing the video, knowing I just wasted money with them you would think they would have been more then happy to give some type of discount off another , 2 or 3 bucks off & at least let me try a new vape before i left and if it didn’t work replace it ! (Like at least make it right !!) So with that being said - I did not buy another vape just to get ripped off again and I will no longer give this place my business & neither should you! If I could suggest a vape shop it would be Vaper Fox in Oliver springs ! Not only do they tell you to try it after you purchase it (before you leave) they also have a loyalty program and after your 10th visit you get a huge discount! (I only paid 4$ for my 11th vape) , they unlike this business actually care about their customers!!
