Twice now I have spent close to $40 for bottles of e liquid so around $80 total and both times the bottles of juice are expired and taste off and are discolored. Most do not even know e liquid vape juice has an expiration date but it does. They are selling juice 2 years out of expiration. When vape juice goes bad the nicotine loses potency and the juice starts to darken in color and can taste peppery or fishy. I will not be back unless it’s because they offer a refund and even then it will be to get the money and go elsewhere. Lafayette and Lebanon as well as mount juliet all have way better stores and selection and I’ve never had a problem getting expired garbage juice from them. In the pics you will see the two purchased today expired in January and February of 2023. Last I checked it’s halfway through freaking 2025. The other pictures are side by side comparisons of the same brand of juice bought from another store and how much lighter in color it is than the awful tasting expired dark juice purchased yesterday. Do better and stop ripping people off. If it’s an honest mistake and it’s because of where you are getting your stock I’ll remove the bad review when you make it right.

Sign on the door says "I'll be back in 5 minutes" I got here at 12:51 pm looking to make a quick stop and it's 1:05 pm and I'm still waiting. Very unprofessional.

The customer service is terrible when the younger guy is in the store.

I initially gave 5 stars, but I purchased 2 Faded vapes earlier today (9/25/2024) and neither one works! One will only hold a little charge before it stops charging. I can't even get a good puff off of it, so I'm wasting more juice than I'm using. The second one will only charge for a few seconds before it stops. It won't even turn on. It wouldn't be so bad if the phone number provided was an actual working number and not a cellphone that just goes straight to voicemail. Left a message, nobody called back. Never again.
