I purchased 1 6oz green pipe tobacco and 1 6oz blue pipe tobacco. I opened the package/ resealable bag and the zipper part of the bag was not attached on one side. This was on both bags. I called the company to let them know and didn't get a positive reaction from them. I have purchased these before and didn't have this problem but have had freshness issue on a few bags.

loved it until I found a clump of blond hair in a bag. It appears to have been freshly cut perhaps someone on the factory floor should have worn a hairnet or braid.

Convenient and a drive up, love the pricing.
