Dani and Hunter are two of my favorite people! They have put up with me for three years now, always helping me out with new products and lending a listening ear. Micah takes awesome care of the store. Hannah, Carrigan, and Hunter are also always so helpful. I just hope the community the dab bar has built has somewhere to go once the ban takes effect. I love the Smokeville family!!

The majority of the staff is very friendly/personable and always wants to help. A little more pricey than other places. There is one guy that's always in a bad mood. Or at least he's been in a bad mood everytime I see him. Maybe he can try some of the inventory to see if that helps??

Love the prices but it's disrespectful as I see it that I'm married and don't like going in somewhere that allows their employees to dress the way some do. Working in your bra is not cool. Not going back until they make employees put on clothes

The girl that works here is the only nice person in the whole store. They are always rude and act like your wasting their time while you're shopping. I would normally just chalk it up as someone just having a bad day or whatever but every time I've been in this store the employees are either rude or act like they're too busy to bother helping you. Other than the lack of personality in this store the prices are extremely high for vapes and kratom. The only reason I still frequent this store is because of the bogo half off vapes on Saturdays but after the encounter I had with a rude unpersonal young man in there tonight I will not be returning. It won't let me respond to your response directly so I understand if that's your policy that's fine I have no problem with that it was his whole attitude about it that upset me. I'm partially blind and can't see the products that are placed so far away you can't read what the product is or what the flavor of it is. I have bought things before that I wasn't able to read the exact flavor and really regretted it because due to your no return policy I was out 30 bucks and with something I didn't want.
