Ive been going here for nearly 3-4 years and have never had an issue. The employees are EXTREMELY knowledgeable on vaping products and what's best for the device you purchase. When I buy disposable vapes they ALWAYS tell me to open and make sure it is working. In case there is a dud they swap it out and no further issues. Thank you vapor wize for all you do! I'll keep my business at this location. The environment and the vibe is amazing and so helpful. I am always greeted with a smile and a chill vibe. It's perfect thank you❤️

My girlfriend spent 100 dollars on a vape that died on her in less then 10 days. Leaked constantly and then when I came in for an exchange he made us wait for 20 minutes for him to just show up and say no. Stupid. Horrible customer service. Waste of money selling a stupid vape. They don’t ask for ID’s either so I’m sure they’re selling this shit to little kids. Don’t buy here.

Knowledgeable, friendly, customer service; the best reason to shop here. Saving money with great prices isn't bad either. I'm new to Jackson, I needed to call around to discover who carried the vape juice I prefer. A well spoken employee, named Jennifer, answered the phone and was extremely helpful and courteous. They had my flavors, nicotine levels and at a great price. When I made it to the store, hours later, two employees, named Briley & Hailey, were extremely friendly and helpful - more than worded description. I had a slight issue with my vape mod and they went above and beyond to help me with the problem. I can only hope that other businesses, in Jackson, are like the people here. This is now the only place I will patronize for my vapor needs. The difference between extraordinary and ordinary is that little "extra." I felt like I was someone special here with the service, the reasonable prices helped my pocketbook too.
