I hate leaving a one star review but id rather warn other people if this is something that may keep happening. Stopped in to check out their foger selection. It was a good selection. Guess my mistake was when I noticed a new "icefog" line the shop said was foger and was getting good reviews. Well I get to my car and this icefog is missing 1/4th of its juice. And i spent 20$ on this thing. I go in and at first they tried to tell me thats probably how they come. They did be nice and check and saw that that flavor specifically was the one underfilled. But they wouldnt exchange this vape or offer anything but "1$ off your purchase next visit" why would I want to come back when im walking away with 4-5$ worth of my product missing. And ontop of that it tastes rancid. Businesses have the contracts with the suppliers and are supposed to do the exchange and get credit towards next shipment from the manufacturer if they do exchanges at all. And if they dont most stores let us test them in store before we leave. If I had opened that in store id have never walked out with it. Just a bad experience with this place. Now its on me to throw away 20$ or do the legwork to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Because this thing is RANCID. It tastes pre smoked and didnt even have all its juice to begin with.

*UPDATE*Love how you never said anything to me about what type tubes to buy. All I was told was have to call company over the roller. Company told me the shaft was bent an since I only had 2 hours they would take care of me which is more than I can say for your company. Still won't buy from you all again. Wouldn't buy anything from them, they don't guarantee the stuff they sell. Have done business with them for years. Bought a new rolling machine an brought it back 2 hours later cause it kept tearing holes in the cigarette tube. All they did was tell me to call the company.. never be back

Great service and very nice atmosphere. They always have what I need and the prices are great. Very clean and organized facility.

I've not bought a vape here that I didn't have trouble with. Pretty sure they are selling fake name brand vapes.
