I have frequently visited this store exclusively for several months and I’ve never had an issue until today. I just got off work and I’m rushing to the store to make it there to get cigarettes before they close the list it closing time for the store is 9:30 PM. I arrive at the store at 9:18 PM to see that the store has been closed early and I am being refused any sales. I was fortunate that I will not be shopping here anymore.

My fiance & I entered this outlet for a few lottery tickets but we ended up engulfed in the quarter game they have. We had quite a bit of fun & we were close to winning. The clerk however decided that he wouldn't give us change and he announced that he had to close the store. 9:30 he stated. It was only 9:18. I give 3 stars because we did have fun and that isn't exactly what we expected when going into the tobacco outlet. The clerk ruined the experience however with his poor business technique. Would I go again if I'm around the area, sure. I won't go near closing time though. He may try to kick me out 5 minutes after 9 if he gets a wild hair, if you know what I mean.

Rude people who own this terrible place! Went in to buy 2 packs of Winston's and use the Winston app to get a $4.50 coupon discount. The stupid and rude women behind the counter told me that the coupon was expired...it wasn't....and that they had cheap cigarettes and I didn't need to use a coupon. If you give this place your business...you are crazy. Worst customer experience that I have ever had...plus it would help if they could speak plain English. This place is TERRIBLE!!!

Come here all the time but these people don't know how to read a clock. Says they open at 730 but iam still sitting here waiting at750. It's like this all the time. And pay attention to the prices. One day is 3 dollars the next its350 then back to 3 dollars. They ropp people off. Ask for a receipt and you'll see. Better off going somewhere else. And here we are again on July 30th and it's 840 and none here to open the store. This place is a joke
