Super chill environment, definitely recommend checking it out! Their products are really high quality, anything you decide to get will not disappoint! They have a nice selection of glass, edibles, tinctures, flower, disposables, incense, and much more to go check out! They also support local artists which is AWESOME, it’s nice coming in and seeing the all types of artwork around the shop! Also would like to add the employees are really knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! There’s definitely no place like The Laboratory!

I was in the city for buissnes and stopped here just because it was close, and so happy I did. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we felt calm in the air, and the employees of this store are all amazing group of people. They were each very, very knowledgeable on everything they had. They have a phenomenal selection, and you will find something that's perfect.

Always loved this place and buy from them frequently. However in my last trip, they denied to scan my ID on the basis that “it didn’t glow properly like the TN issued IDs do.” No attempt to ever scan the ID was made, no matter how many times I tried to state that it was my real ID. This very much irritated me as I had to leave without purchasing anything, even though I have a history of purchases over the last several months. They’re not consistent with their ID checks. I’ve been checked as soon as I’ve walked in, I’ve been checked at checkout, and sometimes not even checked at all. Very frustrating experience as a customer to be embarrassed in front of the other customers, although I clearly have my phone number and the system to earn rewards points through past transactions.
