This store is amazing! Jack the Owner... is the best. You can buy the cheapest cigarettes, vapes, accessories, alcohol, roll it yourself tobacco products and a wide variety of things that are NO LONGER available in Virgina. All top quality at amazing prices. You must come and see. Family operated and ran. Wheelchair accessible, and very conveniently located. Please say you are a friend of mine!!

The new owner is not an honest person, I had a punch card from the last owner that I showed him and it needed one more stamp to redeem the $50 and I asked him if I spent at least $50 with him would he honor it and he said that he would, he even held on to the card until I added up my merchandise to get over $50 worth of stuff, but after I paid he said he couldn't do it because he was the new owner and the card was from the previous owner. This man is a liar and I wouldn't buy anything from this store, you can get anything they have anyway cheaper from other stores in Kingsport. If you're under age however this is the store to get from because they don't even card you, which is why I reported them to the fbi. If they are willing to lie to rip me off they will do it to you as well.

This is a great store for your tobacco needs, quick convenience, and other items that are not available in all stores. They have the best legal cannabis/CBD selection around, and kratom/7-hydro items. And the owner is a very courteous and pretty cool guy. Check them out sometime. You won't be disappointed!

I recently had a very frustrating experience at 1Stop Smoke Shop that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a couple of vapes from them, and both stopped working within just 12 hours. To make matters worse, they were faulty and burned out quickly. When I returned to address the issue, I encountered a staff member who seemed to lack basic knowledge about the products. The new girl was particularly unhelpful and didn’t know how to assist me with my concerns. Instead of receiving the support I expected, I was met with rudeness, which added to my disappointment. It also raised some red flags for me that the new owners appear to be posting fake positive reviews for their store. It makes me question the integrity of the business. Overall, my experience was disrespectful and frustrating, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable vapes or knowledgeable service. Save your time and money!
