Love this place! Great selection and prices for a local shop… has all the big name brands! They will let you look for yourself or will help guide you and make recommendations.

Absolutely top-tier cigar experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a perfect mix of old-school charm and modern comfort. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate — they took the time to learn my preferences and helped me discover a few new favorites I never would’ve picked on my own. The humidor is well-stocked with a wide variety of premium cigars, all impeccably maintained. Whether you’re a seasoned aficionado or just getting into cigars, this shop is a must-visit. 10/10 — I’ll definitely be back.

Used to really love this place. They have a system where you build up credit on a customer card based on money spent there. That was the main reason I shopped there, prices are about average with most other shops otherwise. But I realized that the people running it are shady and fraudulent. I consistently spent thousands every year since at least 2023. But apparently someone who works there or who has access to the customer cards has been going through yearly and clearing out stored credit. Was storing credit on it so that one day I could go in and get some more expensive cigars to enjoy, but apparently that is a no go since all my credit has been stolen. They said it never expires either so that wasn't it either. They've lost my business for good, and if you don't like shopping somewhere where they don't have a semblance of morals I would avoid it.

One of the best cigar lounges in east Tennessee. Well stocked humidor with plenty of variety, great prices, owners are always friendly, knowledgeable, and plenty of parking. Not overcrowded or loud. When the outside temperature is scorching hot or freezing cold and you can't enjoy a stick on your porch at home. You you can come inside Smoke Pit and enjoy a cup of coffee or an ice cold soda pop with your favorite cigar. Smoking room is very well ventilated with comfortable chairs. I love trying new sticks, and the GrabBag samplers they bag up are always a fantastic mix of flavor profiles.

As a regular customer, I enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly southern hospitality as well as the enormous selection of cigars.. My "Go To Relax" place.
