⸻ Smoke Rings deserves credit for having staff who actually know how to treat people right. Dalton and Stas were extremely helpful and never once acted judgmental about anything we asked. They answered every question without making it weird. Stas especially went above and beyond. Friendly, friendly, friendly, friendly, friendly. This place is solid because of them.

Visited on 3-1-26 about 2 o'clock. Very very disappointed ...... THAT I DON'T SEE SERVICE LIKE THIS EVERYWHERE I GO ! Really though, mad respect. Came in with a price range and terrible description of what I needed - - got filled in with a new lingo and a deal I couldn't find elsewhere. Fast as a nascar pit crew and understanding all the while. I did slip by not getting the employees name to shout them out. Will be returning. If you're still reading for a reason to visit them just get in the car and go over there they have something for you. You just didn't know you needed it yet.

Good selection and really good prices. I was told that they have quit selling any THC products in case anyone is wondering.

If you can't find what you're looking for in this place then you really need to go back to school and become a glass blower. They have an amazing selection and are very kind. They also offer amazing prices if you're willing to talk to them and haggle a little bit.

Best smoke shop in Knoxville! The fantastic atmosphere, the huge friendly welcome upon entry, the organization and HUGE selection of products, competative pricing paired with daily sales and discounts ensures you finding something(s) to take home! Great smiling staff makes you feel comfortable but also welcome. They have every piece you could ever be on the hunt for. Recommending to everyone as I hope the word spreads quickly about this smokers paradise. A real unicorn of a glass shop.
