The staff member was extremely friendly and willing to converse... They did not have what it was I needed.. this was the fourth vape store I've gone to tonight the other three were closed.. which again makes absolutely no sense as many jobs out here that offer a third shift position... Those of us that work third shift are out of luck on being able to get things we need before and after work because way too many businesses are closing hours before we go to work...and don't reopen til several hours after we are off ..

The worst experience I’ve ever had wasted 15 mins of my time then showed ID and the guy wouldn’t sale to me because I had someone else with me just for comfort. I’ve always had her go in with me anywhere I go never had anyone refuse my service… I will definitely not be coming back and will go somewhere else to spend my money. This place is garbage if you want your time wasted this the place for you if you don’t want your time wasted I would recommend another vape shop as this one sucks and they have no clue what they are talking about…. One star will never be back terrible service

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 7 Vapor is hands down one of the best shops around. I think he said his name was "Froggy" (The store manager) is absolutely amazing, he goes above and beyond every single time. They stand behind their products 100%, and if you ever have an issue, they’ll immediately exchange it at no cost, no hassle. That kind of customer service is rare these days. They have a wide variety of just about anything you're looking for. Another huge plus for me as a parent: if you have your kids with you and can’t go inside, they will literally come out to your car and help you. You also never have to worry about counterfeit products here, which gives me peace of mind knowing I’m always getting the real deal. Between their top notch service, quality products, and the welcoming, helpful attitude, I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend 7 Vapor and especially Froggy! I cannot say enough good things about this business. They're all always so kind and full of knowledge. The experience alone trumps any other shop around. THANK YOU guys for always exceeding excellent customer service.
