I always have a better experience at Smoker’s Club when Shay is working. She’s friendly, attentive, and really knows how to take care of customers. No matter how busy it gets, she keeps a positive attitude and makes sure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear she cares about providing great service, and it definitely shows. If you want top-notch service, Shay is the one to look for!

Shay is wonderful! Her knowledge of their products and her customer service is exemplary. I wish all businesses could have people as amazing as she is.

Very clean and organized. Good selections and Shay is just the sweetest and so helpful. The only tobacco store I go to in town

Since I stopped in once I've never went to another shop. Shay is the nicest most knowledgeable person I've ever met there. Shay always brings a smile and upmost customer service.

Only stopped in for a second, but they seemed to have a pretty good variety of things and the lady there was super helpful, only wish they stayed open a little later 9pm is kinda early to close with few other options around
