I’ve always liked this vape store, but I was really disappointed by my experience today. Last week I bought two disposable vapes, and when I opened one this morning, it didn’t work. When I came in to explain the issue, the employee seemed to have an attitude and took the flavor I wanted off the shelf, then told me they were out—even though I had just seen it. She also wouldn’t replace the defective vape and had me pay for another flavor, even though I’m a regular customer who’s never returned anything before. I ended up finding another shop that handled the same issue with much better customer care, which was disappointing because I used to really enjoy coming here.

Im usually not the one to complain but I'm trying to stop vaping so I stopped by yesterday to get a "no nicotine" vape that was $30.When I got home and hit the vape it started making a noise and there was smoke coming out of the bottom. I woke up this morning and all the vape juice has leaked out of the bottom. The man at the store told me it's normal and he couldn't do anything about it. $30 down the drain.

This place is right above my clinic when I first started going they have a great selection of papers pipes all kinds of stuff they don't have anybody there that's very knowledgeable about any of the Vapes or pipes or products I sat in the parking lot for 40 minutes this morning waiting for them to open and they never showed up I'm definitely Unsure how this place has stayed in business for 4 years but they definitely need to tighten up because there's plenty of other smoke shops around that are way more knowledgeable way better prices and way more courteous

Tons of friendly. Great choices, all good. Average pricing, not high.
