DO NOT rent a U Haul from this company! They will give you the nastiest, most run down, mechanically unsound truck they have. We just rented a 15' truck. The engine is missing to the point we don't know if we are going to make it the 45 miles we need to go. The steering is so loose the truck is all over the road. They didn't was the outside or clean the inside. The driver's seat cover is coming off, the air vent covers are broken off, and there is tobacco spittle down the wall behind the passenger. They had 2 newer tru ks parked right next to this one and they rented this piece of death crap. Go to Livewire garage. That guy really cares about his customers.

This is the 3rd time I've rented a Uhaul from Puffs a Lot. Always helpful, quick and responsive. I hope it don't have to move any time soon but if you do, go to Puff a Lot!

Brandon, the owner is very knowledge of all these products. Very customer wanted even with his U-Haul dealership there. I would highly recommend anyone going there anytime
