Best place ever first time at the store and it was a pleasure. Brain was second to none with knowledge and help maneuvering around the store. Will come back for sure. My sister was with me and she loved it also.

Really cool shop ! They have everything and I do mean EVERYTHING in their cute little store the parking lot and outside could use and should do some sprucing up but inside that store is fine. The staff is very knowledgeable and the young gentleman I believe was the manager that day was such a sweetheart ❤️. Packaging was discreet , store was right down the street and I walked there on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. They made a new regular out of me and I will go there first before shopping online for my vape and smoking needs. Incense was pleasantly displayed and quite aromatic. Don't cheat yourself looking around go to Cloud 9 smoke shop and TREAT yourself.

Little late in experience , in this particular tobacco /vape etc this particular location which is been in Memphis for decades however, I got a pretty unique set up in there. I personally go there primarily because it helps with my chronic pain and Arthritis and overall well-being, I have a very good selection in quantity of kratom got a pretty good deal or you can get even bottles for like a 30 day supply if you need to course the stuff's not super cheap, but in the long run, it, it is plus they have rewards and loyalty program that you can sign up for and you can redeem after so many points and get 20. Percent off a total purchase and whatnot so that's a pretty good perk, very friendly knowledgeable. And communication skills that I find to be a 100%. There so they got my vote, I haven't had a bad experience yet, and/or the lack of something that I was looking for y'all stop in if that's what you're into of course, they have all the other stuff too which I'll have to tell you what it is. It's just very unique set up. Friendly atmosphere and environment for sure every time

Great shop large verity of products go see them very helpful awsome prices!

I use to shop occasionally , but due to several complaints regarding their security I will not be returning. They hire anybody as security and they are usually extremely ghetto and unprofessional. Them and some of their male cashiers attempt to flirt with the women rather than do their job. Security Attempts to exercise sense of authority since they are not actual police and I had a situation where things got combative and was cussed at multiple times all because he thought he would TAKE my id. Following me in the store watching my vehicle and touching his firearm for absolutely no reason when he is the one who consistently approached me. When I showed as asked EACH time and he STILL proceeded to threaten to kick me out and make a show and being very hostile. The manager is a literal joke all he had to say was “ oh yea I heard about that “ and ended up laughing at the end of the phone call in attempts to protect the security when I asked what is the company they work with so I can do a formal report. His response was “ we don’t do that .“ I have heard from quite a few people about their business but I never personally had any real issues until now.
