Joe helped me. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and in general cool. Somehow broke the top of my vape, he knew exactly what part I needed, quickly found it, and because I was having a bad day and he could tell, he offered me 10% off. Sure its not a ton on a $6 purchase, but it was a genuine gesture. I'll shop here again. Thank you. Cool decor and wide variety of stock too.

Absolute best vape store I've ever been to and I've been vaping for almost 15 years now..... Hands down.... The nicest people Miss Katt heck everybody that works there honestly.... You get a card that they stamp every time you buy something and at least once a month you get a bottle of juice for at least 50 cents so you can't beat it and the people that are nice everybody's cool it's a great experience hands down all around you know so just go there for your vape accessories

Isn't enough room here for me to give the greatest staff at the most EXCELLENT vape in Memphis. Josh and the ladies are awesome. As an EXTREME novice and newbie at vapeing I had two million questions that SERIOUSLY took over an hour of Josh's time ,but he didn't flinch. Answered All my questions and fit me with my NORD .it's an awesome salt / vers vape pen that is perfect. Thanks Josh 👍

So I haven't made it to this location yet but I do shop at the location on Germantown parkway. I believe it's the same manager and she is incredible. She has kept the brand that I like stocked as well as brought in other flavors for me to try even though the dessert flavors that I like don't really sell well at that location. She goes above and beyond!! I remember when I was really low on money after I first got my job a couple of months ago, I really wanted like a mod system because I was spending a ton of money on disposables. She offered to bring some in and only have me pay for the juice and let me have some of her old ones that she no longer uses. I never went through with it but that level of customer service is just unheard of these days. She was willing to give me some of her old things to help me out when I was low on money and that's just not heard of anymore. This place is incredible and I don't know how there could ever be a bad review about a place run so well. If you haven't been here before then give it a shot. And if you have help out the manager and leave some good reviews because she is absolutely incredible and she deserves all the praise!! Fifty Bars for life!

Be sure to ask someone to call and verify an item is at another store before they send you there, otherwise you'll do what I did and drive down there just to find out that their other store is ALSO out of the item.
