I bought a backwood.. opened it up it crumbled in my hands. I took you back to the store To show them the owner I suppose immediately says no refund. I’m like I don’t want a refund. I want a fresh backward. He turned around and gave me another one. I opened that backward in the store and it was dry. He just told me no refund no refund I just walked out the store. Beware they will sell you old products know it’s old products and just tell you no refund

I literally shop with them everyday to the point where they know exactly what I want when I come in. I normally buy the small ploox vape for my hookah but last week when I went they were out of stock so the man suggested I buy the large ploox vape instead. I went out of town for the holidays so I hadn’t had a chance to open it. I opened it last night and at first it was cool but after a few puffs it started to give off a burnt taste. I brought it back to the store and showed them that it was literally brand new but something was wrong with it. They wouldn’t replace it but instead wanted me to purchase a new one at a discounted price. As a loyal customer and someone who shops frequently and always promotes their businesses, even kings grill you would think the least they could do is replace the bad product they sold me instead of insisting that I purchase another one. I’m disappointed that I now have to find a new smoke shop to do business with because they were my absolute favorite.

I love the guys in Kings! They are so polite and professional. Always quick with great recommendations, and not just the most expensive thing. These guys are so friendly, it feels almost like family. I purchase from them weekly. Definitely five stars!

This store's hours are wrong. They're never open at 7 or 8am. I've called and waited no one is there. Doors are locked.
