I’ve been coming to Smokology Union for a while now, and I have to say—something has seriously changed in the best way recently. I think there may have been a change in ownership, and wow, the difference is night and day. The store is more welcoming, cleaner, and better organized, and the vibe overall is amazing. The employees are absolutely fantastic—super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find that level of customer service anywhere these days. I’ve seen such a positive shift in just the past few weeks, and I’ll definitely be coming back. This is hands down my go-to spot now!

Very knowledgeable of vaping products very nice and welcoming cool vibe and great prices

There’s a sign that says “Under New Ownership” and it shows! It looks so much better, the shelves are stocked (finally), the atmosphere is open and easy to walk into, AND the employees are knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Whoever took it over needs a pat on the back because it’s so refreshing to see the same standards as their Wolfchase location brought to the Union location.

Smokeology Smoke Shop has excellent quality and a variety of products! I bought vapes for myself and some as gifts. Their hookah tobacco is so fresh. You can totally tell the difference from other smoke shops. I net one of the owners. He was so sweet and professional. Totally recommend this place!

Went here on a whim . There was excellent variety of brands and flavors to choose from, but Lauren was a great help at narrowing down. We ended with RAZ'S grape slush .Enjoying it better than my last flav, I may have found my new spot thanks!
