Horrible customer service I get that you’re supposed to inspect the product before you leave the store but it is In a sealed bag in a sealed container and if I was to open it they would not have exchanged it anyways but anyone who has ever smoked before knows what it’s supposed to look like…. And this is not it the store refuses to exchange or refund horrible business.

Was in the store for maybe 5–7 minutes, looking at my options since I just moved to town and was trying to find a new shop to frequent near me. The employee asked me to hurry because he wanted to go sit back down(I believe my walking in interrupted his phone call?). I explained that was more than okay and I’d let him know when I made a decision, but he replied that he couldn’t have me standing around the store. Idk, Not really a chill place compared to shops back home.

Asked the cashier BEFORE I PAID if the pods are bad will you exchange..he said yes...pods were bad opened infront of him... then was told oh no you cant exchange them "sorry I was wrong" NEVER GOING BACK HERE
