If I could rate them a 0 stars I would. I had a very disappointing experience at this business. While I was being helped, a white male customer walked in, and the employee assisting me immediately stopped helping me and told me to wait while he served the other customer first. I can't speak to the employee's intentions, but as a Black woman, the interaction left me feeling disrespected and treated as though my time and business were less important. The experience was upsetting enough that I will not be returning. If you're looking for great customer service, I recommend Vape Culture, which is just a minute away. I've consistently received professional, respectful service and quality products there. Businesses should treat every customer with the same level of courtesy and respect, regardless of race or gender.

Not acceptable, owner changes the prices i will no longer be coming to this location and advise nobody else to go there.. galaxy vape is better and cheaper

The owner is the *ish. Dude has ALL the fun stuff you would ever need as it relates to vape, smoke and Kratom. I primarily come for the Kratom and he is the ONLY person I know of in town that sells the Tusk Kratom Powder (200mg). These in my opinion are the best bang for your buck! I hope this review doesn’t mean I won’t ever have them cuz he is sold out!!!! But I had to review cuz this dude is so cool and the place is HELLA NICE on the inside. They’ll do well. Thanks again bro!!!

I bought 2 vapes from this store, I check my vapes every time I buy them! When I got home they started leaking and got really hot! Had to throw them away!!!! Do not get the torch cartridges

Working in the Boro for 2 weeks; I stopped in one afternoon and have been back 3 times in one week! Ray(I can’t remember exact name :( ) was super friendly and knowledgeable on all the product. Very nice inside the store, but that wouldn’t mean anything if his service wasn’t as friendly as it was and prices weren’t as good as they are!! Truly a great experience and I’ll be back in this week!
