I have been to the Franklin store and the nippers corner store but just came by the Murfreesboro store today and I've been a client off and on for 5-6 years. Saffire is some of the best actual vape shops. Clean and excellent quality saffire made vape juice! I love Saffire

I started going because it’s in a great location near my place off medical center. Now I feel highly disappointed w/myself for cheating on my regular shop who’s been nothing but cool to me. I recently purchased a $55-$60ish vape but after having it for only 7 weeks it the broke (where you insert the charger). I know that’s not necessarily a manufacturer defect but when I asked the guy in this shop nicely if they could allow me to get another one (for at the most 1/2 off)….he called the owner and/or guy in charge & they then came back only offering 10% off which is silly seeing as they obviously were trying to still make money off me due to my misfortune. I’ve actually just switched to the vape juice this place has (that’s privately labeled) and it leaves an absolutely horrible taste in your mouth. I feel like although I got 12 mg which is higher than my usual 6….it doesn’t satisfy my nicotine cravings. So, had to go back yesterday to my regular place that I will absolutely never cheat on again. The End. I will say the dude that works in Safire is pretty nice though so it wasn’t on him.

I have been shopping with Saffire for years now. You cannot convince me to go anywhere else. The staff are very educated, patient, and kind. The store is always very clean and cozy, I always feel like I’m right at home here. If you are looking for a loyal vape shop, stop by Saffire! They’ve never let me down! I will always keep coming back for their hospitality and their blue sweet tart flavor vape juice!

This location is a very clean and organized with a great selection just like the Nashville location I visited. The employees are nice and very knowledgeable of products they carry. They have a rewards program for customers to earn free product as well. Plus it doesn't cost anything to sign up! Pricing is good and like anything else you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend their Perfect gummies they carry. They are GOOD! Anyhoo hope this helps others as myself that value great customer service and good product whatever you may use.

The staff was very helpful with purchasing my vapor . Which was great because I am new to the vapor scene. They were knowledgeable of the product and helped me purchase the best one for me. They didn’t try and punch the most expensive one on me. They also helped me in setting it up and how to work the product. I would definitely go back. They also have a program to help you save money on next purchases which was cool
