Ill give 2 stars because the older guy was cool. Admittedly, I was just browsing as I was next door washing laundry and thought I'd go check out their prices. I was checking out the products they had stocked and noticed nothing was priced. A few minutes after I got in, a younger guy came in and the older guy seemed to chastise him and/or be relived that he was there. He asked what i was looking for and i told him what i normally get. He asked how much im willing to spend. I told him I didn't think that mattered, I usually get two things at other stores and was looking for something similar. He was VERY heavy handed and suggested I get two packages of the same product and he could give me $15 off. It was still more than I spend for two different products and told him so. He seemed to be annoyed and asked if was going to buy anything. I said "I guess not", and headed for the door. He kept talking, saying "ok because we're closing and if youre not buying anything, I need to ask you to leave." Mind you, this was all before 7:30 and they supposedly don't close until 8.

The worst experience ever ive been a long time customer and bought a new vape. I had an event Saturday and went to use it doesn’t work so I put on the charge still doesn’t work. Spoke with the so called manager and he tells me it doesn’t have a warranty the best he could do was take 5$ off remind you I spent over 20$ for it. So you want more money and to give me a 5$ credit as a manager your suppose to take accountability for your products not working. Also when does a vapes have warranty!? I was truly insulted by his comment but they will never have to worry about me ever shopping there again. Poor customer service at its finest found another place and they were great the atmosphere was awesome. Honestly giving it a 1 star is too much credit definitely need a 0. So if you purchase anything just know it’s your loss bc they don’t have warranties what a joke !

Great place where cigarettes are reasonably priced

I would give it zero stars if I could. The two ladies that were working in the store had no clue whatsoever. Could not answer my questions. I basically had to do my research before I came in. I ended up buying some thing that I was familiar with, and they couldn’t even tell me if they had an extra tank available. Store is definitely not for me. Neither one of their locations really knew what they were doing. I usually do not give reviews at all because I don’t like to be mean, but this was really ridiculous and a waste of my time.

I absolutely love this vape shop. The guy running it is so sweet and he gives you all the information about all of the vapes and things that the store sells. I have never had a problem with any of the vapes I have gotten from this store. So friendly and I will always shop with them.
